Some of us, don't eat breakfast, that maybe due to different reasons, but mostly I hear the story like "I don't have time..." Ye I will admit I am one of those people. Here are some tips as to how to go about this:
- The Night before, prepare what you want to eat in the morning, so you don't have to think about it when you wake up. So for example, if your going to have cereal, what you could do is leave the cereal out on the Kitchen counter with a bowl next to it and what ever else you have with it, where you can see it in the morning, and instead of running around in the morning trying to find everything, put everything you need in one location, so it is ready for use in the morning.
- Some people like to eat on the go, which is ok, if it suits you, but again you don't want to rush around in the morning, stressing over what to have to eat. Again, prepare it the evening before, put it in a location where you are not going to forget it. Place if in a bag with everything else that is going with you in the morning, this way you wont for get it.
- Wake up earlier, to make something to eat. Set your alarm half an hour earlier to have something to eat, so you are not rushing around too much.
But for some people they don't have an apatite to eat in the morning straight away...which is ok, but by the time they get to work in the morning, they are starting to feel hungry. Not a problem, just take a small snack with you, so if you do get hungry, so you have a snack to eat, you don't have to wait until lunch. But get it ready the night before...
